Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum I can withdraw to GCash at once?

GCash payouts run on InstaPay, capped at ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per day. For anything larger, split it across days or use PESONet or a direct bank transfer, which have no fixed per-transaction cap.

Does WJ2 charge a withdrawal fee?

No. WJ2 does not add a casino-side fee on payouts. On the wallet side, Maya charges about ₱15 per outbound InstaPay transfer, while GCash and GoTyme transfers are free within the usual allowances.

How fast are GCash cashouts, really?

Once your KYC is approved and the payout is confirmed, most GCash withdrawals land within minutes to about an hour. First-time or unusually large payouts can take up to about three hours because they get a manual review.

My GCash deposit is not showing in my balance. What should I do?

First check the time — GCash and InstaPay have a nightly maintenance window around 12:00–03:00 PHT that can delay transfers. Confirm you sent at least ₱50 from a wallet in your own name and stayed under the ₱100,000 daily cap. If the money left GCash but is still missing after 30 minutes, send your GCash reference number to live chat for a trace.

Why was my deposit from a friend's GCash rejected?

PAGCOR rules require that the funding account be in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are rejected to prevent fraud and money laundering. Always fund your account from a wallet or bank account registered to you.

When should I use PESONet instead of InstaPay?

Use InstaPay for fast, everyday amounts up to ₱50,000 per transaction. When you need to move more than the InstaPay daily ceiling, PESONet handles larger transfers in same or next-banking-day batches without a per-transaction cap.

Do I need to verify my identity before I can withdraw?

Yes. KYC is a one-time step required before your first withdrawal at any PAGCOR-licensed operator. Upload a valid ID such as a passport, UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth card, driver's licence or PRC ID; review typically takes 24–48 hours.
